Prepare the perfect medical kit for travel abroad

Travelling abroad should be all about the trip so why not pack some essential over-the-counter meds.  An ounce of prevention can save you hours of hunting for a pharmacy or a comparable medicine. 

Here is list that I use to complete my travel first aid kit.

Electrolytes Ibprophene Acetaminophen Cold pills Cold medication Cough drops Decongestant and sinus

Allergy medication Antacids Motion sickness Small first aid kit (bandages, cleanser and ointment) Bug repellent (at least 25% deet) Afterbite

Sun screen Aloe vera Probiotic Vitamins Protein bars or snack Flashlight
