Volunteering in Namibia: The N/a'ankuse Donation Wish List

Three weeks volunteering will pass by in a flash. So beyond my time, labor and love, I'll be bringing some items that I hope will help after my time comes to a close. This is the published wish list. I can't bring it all.  But this list reminds me how fortunate we are and how much the little things matter.

Animals and research team
• AA Batteries
• Animal baby drink teats / silicone or latex animal feeding nipples (no human baby teats) all sizes.
• Binoculars
• C-Cells batteries
• Duct tape
• Gauzes
• Glucose powder
• Knives for food preparation
• Padlocks
• Paint brushes
• Round bottle teats
• SD cards and thumb drives
• Size 2, 3 and 4 nappies
• Wildlife field guides (Southern Africa only)
• Work gloves
• Zip lock bags

Lifeline Clinic
• Cannulas – particularly paediatric cannulas and giving set
• Children’s shoes and clothes (including underwear)
• Facecloths
• Multivitamins (especially for children)
• Old mobile phones (unlocked and with charger)
• Pregnancy tests
• Soap
• Suture packs (disposable ones)
• Towels
• Venturi masks
